Eventually I gave up and while waiting for a reply looked into the company. My findings were shocking to me. First off they are not an LLC! So this begs the question if they are based in the USA. When I posted my review on VPN Mentor they replied saying this was a typo and they RA4W VPN issues. They always offered great and amazingly fast customer services.
